The star treatment this summer is the slimming course, but it’s not just like any other: at the cutting edge of technology, it’s the very best of the Institute! Consider this programme: a detox session, a 45-minute mechanical palpate roller massage (LPG) to wake up dormant cells, smoothen and tone the skin, then, for those less keen on workouts, a gem of technology: the Miha Bodytec. Connected via electrodes, you will make the equivalent of 4 hours of training in just 20 minutes! A coach will guide you for each session with this machine, which is stamped and compliant with the EU standards. Then we continue with the Iyashi Dome, another revolutionary process to say bye bye to all your toxins and heavy metals. It’s like a sauna but much more effective: 30 minutes in a closed capsule (we can reassure the claustrophobic; the head is outside!) and intense heat. The goal: to rebalance the whole body. The result: you generate as much sweat as after a 20-kilometre run. In short, you melt! And to finish, a hammam and a Carita-care session in one of the superb cabins… and there you go, brand new you!
