Handcrafted in a workshop in the heart of Paris, Maison Carrousel’s marshmallows are truly unique! From those with roasted peanuts, rooibos with apples and gentle spices, to black and white sesame flavours… their tastes and softness never cease to surprise the most indulgent and delight the most gourmet palates. As a former disciple of Pierre Hermé and Pierre Marcolini, the founder of Maison Carrousel only uses top-quality ingredients, so it’s no wonder they have already made their way to a pop-up at La Grande Épicerie de Paris. And here’s some good news: the “super marshmallows” have opened their second store on June 15th, just a stone’s throw away from Le Bon Marché. Now, indulge yourself!
