A premonitory name for this new restaurant settled since September on rue Guisarde.

It is a space with a vegetal decoration where aficionados of the good food and eating well—at very affordable prices, the icing on the cake—are already rushing to. This new restaurant was born from the desire of the three partners—Pascal, Erwan and François—to work exclusively with products without any pesticides. From the scallops of Saint-Brieuc to the roasted prawns, or the meat directly from the Ponclet farm in Brittany, it is the perfect score that combines both taste and organic freshness. With specials that change every day and an attractive evening menu, there is something for everyone. Their veal quasi (which literally melts in the mouth) is a poem and the chef surpasses himself with his accompaniments with fresh vegetables and sauces, to the point that we would almost forget that it’s only steamed fish. Don’t miss the much sought-after Bigorre ham either. For the delicacies, no hesitation, the fig is a guest star: roasted in mulled wine with crumble, it is no longer a dessert but a souvenir. And if you want to enjoy a festive meal, be aware that by ordering 24 h in advance, you can have a blue lobster. Madam will adore it!
