It has been 32 years since Serge Gainsbourg’s fans have been waiting for this moment: his legendary house on Rue de Verneuil will open its doors on September 20th. “The tour will begin with a visit to the house (at number 5 bis), a dive into the intimate. Then, just a few steps away, the museum (at number 14) that retraces my father’s life through his works and his collection of iconic pieces,” explains Charlotte Gainsbourg, his daughter. A bookstore and a piano-bar café, aptly named Gainsbarre, complete this must-visit pilgrimage to the home of the Man with the Cabbage Head!
