Things happen at rue Mabillon! A tasty brand just moved into the Petit Mabillon, right in front of the –soon to be– new market place. On the first floor is the grocery store. Filippo and his sidekicks share artisanal products from their childhood with us: fresh ravioli, cheeses –gorgonzola is served by the spoon– exquisite hams (the delicacy of the San Daniele!), Sardinian bread pane guttiau, artisanal soda chinotto, olive oil, table wine or prestige wine like the Barolo –said to be the “king of wines”! You can take away or taste this tempting selection of delicacies on the gorgeous central marble counter. On the ground floor of this small trattoria, the restaurant opens on to a lovely, stone paved courtyard. Connoisseurs enjoy and rediscover the best of Italian tradition, cooked by the chef, Andrea Levorato, who has already worked in many prestigious eateries. Those who come here, always come back!
