Under the good auspices of a festive playlist, this chic brasserie (to be found on Instagram @ladivadespres) puts the emphasis on the atmosphere, of course, but also on a menu inspired by gastronomy. This rare combination is due to the owners’ commitment to exceptional suppliers. Here, the truffles come from Bellorr and the Norman chickens from the rotisserie (which can be taken away) are guaranteed 90 days and Label Rouge. In the kitchen, the chef and his team do their utmost to serve good and beautiful food without any time restrictions. The service is continuous for those who want to taste, among other things, the astonishing CBD smoked beef tartar or the excellent Linguine with truffles. In the dining room, the show is on with the beef prime rib matured one month, flambéed before your eyes or with truffles grated by the chef right on the plate. Finally, the cherry on top of this festival of delights is the gin bar or the marvellous house-infused spirits.
