Since 2018, the Southern French institution has opened a Parisian address.

In the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Rue du Sabot shines with its discretion. But behind the façade of number 2, the atmosphere is quite different. Here, the party is the key word as since 2018, it is at this address that Parisians can (finally) find Au Son des Guitares. A real institution which has 6 other establishments between the South of France and Corsica. “Our clientele is mainly from the South of France. But we welcome more and more Parisians”, says Thanh-Lan Cam, the restaurant’s manager, who manages with an expert hand a team composed essentially of waiters from the Île de Beauté. And it is not a coincidence since Corsica is present everywhere. On a small flag which adorns a cocktail, with a platter of cold meats as an appetizer, on the main course with a delicious ham to accompany truffle conchiglie… The change of scenery is not only in the plate. Every evening (from Thursday to Saturday), a band performs on stage. If Corsican music is honoured once a month during a thematic evening, it is more often French songs, jazz and their great standards (Fly Me to the Moon, Ain’t No Sunshine…) that make the beautiful hours of Au Son des Guitares. An ideal place to enjoy a nice musical interlude, bathed in sunshine.
