Bliss – you are in one of the few 5-star hotels of Saint-Germain – with regularly renewed menus, where you can enjoy tapas that wake up the taste buds to the tempting names of “quail eggs cocotte with cream of mushroom” or “home-cooked mini nem with avocado and mozzarella”. But there is also a large selection of single Malts or a Vermouth with 28 herbs, chosen carefully by the head bartender, Sébastien. Don’t miss their brunch of New Year’s Day, which promises to be gigantic! And then, the calm. Oh, the calm and the comfort! All the rooms and suites are recently refurbished to ensure you have the most comfortable stay!
